Eagle Scout is the highest rank a Boy Scout can achieve, and to get there, Scouts must fulfill requirements in leadership, service and outdoor skills As well, to earn the rank, the Scouts must choose and complete a service project.

As Scouts advance through the ranks, you were recognized for what you did. The Eagle Rank is different, because it is more a measure of the kind of person you've become, not merely what activities you've completed.
